Biography

Dr. Ali Mourad

Dr. Ali Mourad an Assistant Professor in Public Law at the Beirut Arab University (BAU). He holds a BA in Law from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, “Filière Francophone de Droit, a Master’s degree in European law and WTO Law from the University of Rennes. He received his PhD in Law in 2014 from the University of Rennes I in France working on Thesis was on “The transformations of the Euro-Mediterranean relations following the fifth enlargement of the EU: Scope and limits of neighborhood Euro-Mediterranean frameworks.”
